WHO we are
The Somali Policy Institute (SPI) is an independent, nonpartisan think tank based in Mogadishu, Somalia. Founded by Somali researchers and policy practitioners, SPI is dedicated to advancing evidence-based policymaking, inclusive governance, and sustainable peace in Somalia and the Horn of Africa. SPI provides a platform where policymakers, civil society, academics, and citizens engage in open dialogue on Somalia’s most pressing challenges.
